Terms of Service

Effective date: October 27, 2026.

These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your use of AURA Studio (奧拉映像), available at auraphoto.ai (the Service). The Service is operated by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME], trading as AURA Studio, with its registered address at [REGISTERED ADDRESS] (we, us, our). When you use the Service, you contract with [COMPANY LEGAL NAME].

By creating an account, purchasing Credit or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy (/privacy) and our Refund Policy (/refund). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

AURA Studio uses generative AI to create studio-style portraits, business headshots and ID-style photos from photos you upload. You choose styles, poses, outfits, backgrounds and other settings; the Service generates images that you can preview with a watermark and unlock in high resolution with Credit.

Some series and features shown on the site may be marked as coming soon or not yet available. Only features shown as available at the time of your purchase are included. Physical prints, frames and albums are not currently offered.

You can sign in with your email address or a Google account. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us at info@auraphoto.ai if you believe your account has been compromised.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Credit is sold as one-time packs priced in USD, as shown on our pricing page (/pricing). There are no subscriptions. Payment, billing, taxes and related commercial terms are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms at https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. Paddle collects any applicable sales tax, VAT or GST.

Credit is credited to your account after Paddle confirms your payment. Credit is a prepaid balance for use within the Service only; it has no cash value, cannot be transferred or resold, and paid Credit does not expire. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy (/refund).

You may only upload photos of yourself, or photos of another person for whom you have that person's clear permission to upload and to create AI images. You must not upload photos of children unless you are their parent or legal guardian.

You confirm that you have all rights needed in the photos and settings you provide (Inputs). You are responsible for your Inputs and for how you use the images the Service generates (Outputs).

You must not use the Service, or any Output, to:

• break any law, or create or share illegal content;
• create sexual, nude or intimate images of any person, or any sexual content involving minors;
• create deepfakes or images of a real person without their consent, or impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity;
• harass, bully, threaten, defame or dox anyone, or create hateful or discriminatory content;
• commit fraud, including creating images to deceive identity checks or official authorities;
• infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights;
• send spam, malware or harmful code, or interfere with the security or operation of the Service (including probing, scraping, reverse engineering or overloading it);
• bypass, jailbreak or disable our safety checks, watermarks, usage limits or payment controls.

We may use automated checks and human review to detect misuse. We may refuse to process an upload or a generation request, remove or block access to any Input or Output, and limit, suspend or close accounts that we reasonably believe break these Terms.

We and our licensors own the Service, including the software, design, styles, sample images and the AURA Studio name and logos. Sample images on the site are illustrations and are not results generated for users.

You keep whatever rights you have in your Inputs. You give us a limited licence to store and process your Inputs only to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not use your photos to train our own AI models.

Subject to these Terms and to your payment, you may use the Outputs you unlock for personal and professional purposes, such as CVs, social media and your personal brand. Because Outputs are generated by AI, similar images may be generated for other users, and we cannot guarantee that an Output is protected by copyright.

If you believe content processed through the Service infringes your rights or uses your likeness without consent, email info@auraphoto.ai with your contact details, the content concerned and the reason for your request. We will review it promptly and remove or disable access where appropriate. We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe the rights of others.

AI-generated images may differ from your real appearance, including facial features, body shape, skin tone and expression, and may contain errors. A quality check is not a guarantee of likeness or identity. Review every Output before you use it.

Photos created or edited with AI are for personal and unofficial use. Many countries do not accept AI-generated or AI-edited photos for passports, ID cards, visas or driving licences. We do not guarantee that any photo will meet official requirements or be accepted by any issuing authority.

Before you use a photo for an official application, you must check the current rules of the issuing authority. When you download a photo for an official specification, you confirm that you have checked these requirements and accept the risk of rejection.

If you are not satisfied with a result, you can regenerate it; the Credit cost is shown before you confirm. For business photos you can submit a quality request from the photo details page, which we review case by case. This does not limit any refund under our Refund Policy.

We work to keep the Service running, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. Features, styles and AI models may change. Photos are not stored permanently; retention periods are set out in our Privacy Policy, and you should download files you have unlocked before they expire.

We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you materially breach these Terms, if a payment is not completed or is reversed, if we see a security or fraud risk, or for repeated or serious violations. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid for Credit in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the new Terms on this page and update the effective date.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), and the Taiwan Taipei District Court shall be the court of first instance for any disputes, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
